Guided Meditation

Description

What is Guided Meditation? Guided meditation is a state of relaxed concentration invoked and led by another person. The instructor will guide you to relax specific muscles in the body until they are comfortable, and will then lead you through mental images, visualizations, and breathing exercises. There is no need for any level of experience with guided meditation - which makes it is an excellent starting point for beginners to learn and practice meditation.
