Did you ever wish you had a space to fully unmask with other people who need a place to unmask, too? We did, too. The Neurodivergent Magical F***ing Humans group is a twice a year, six week group, that you can return to as many times as you would like.
What we do- we bring a different related topic each week and share or not share according to your comfort level
Who is welcome- anyone with a neurodivergent brain

Group Therapist
Cassandra is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Texas and California. She specializes in trauma and PTSD, the creative/entertainment/freelance community, and neurodivergence. She utilizes an eclectic model, customizing her approach to best help the person she is holding space for at that moment. She utilizes CBT, ACT, Expressive Arts, Mindfulness, and other Somatic related approaches, and is an EMDR certified therapist.
She offers the “Neurodivergent- Magical F***ing Humans Group” twice a year, as well as the “Freestyle Therapy Group” that focuses on specific challenges that entrepreneurs and the creative community face. She focuses not only on the importance of individual therapy, but also creating a safe community around the client. She partners with local yoga and holistic/somatic practitioners for women’s workshops in both states. She has spent a lifetime as a musician and it helps her bring a special understanding of the unique stressors and issues that creatives, entrepreneurs, and freelancers face on a daily basis. She sees clients in person on Tuesdays and remotely the rest of the week. She offers EMDR intensives by request, both in person and online (full day or week long).
