Weekly peer support group for adults with ADHD. The group is loosely structured, offering time and space for people to seek the support they are needing in that specific moment. There are no predetermined topics of discussion.

Learn DBT Skills! This group will include all 4 modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. We are trauma and neurodivergent friendly, and strive to create a welcoming safe space for all.
