Our team is committed to helping individuals achieve mental wellness and emotional stability. We utilize a strength-based, cognitive behavioral and person centered approach when working with individuals to address negative thought patterns, emotional instability, anxiety and depression.

Able Mind, LCSW, PLLC is an all virtual group practice. We offer individual, group and family therapy sessions.
At Able Mind, LCSW, PLLC , we are in-network with Aetna and Cigna health insurances, with more to come. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$150 for service offered. Sliding scale options available! We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company for your reimbursement for services.
