Arcus Behavioral Health & Wellness provides counseling, therapy, and psychological assessment services to individuals, couples, and families. They work with children, adolescents, and adults. They also offer services in both English and Spanish.

While most of their providers can accept the same insurance plans of BlueCross/BlueShield PPO, UnitedHealthcare PPO, some providers are able to accept some additional plans, such as Aetna. Please use the form below to enter your information, and they can verify benefits for you. As a nonprofit, they also offer a sliding scale that is based off of your income.

Gender identity & transgender health - Exploring gender identity, including trans, non-binary, and gender variant identities; support throughout the process of transition

Self-esteem - Cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
