Our core principle is growth. We believe in it. We see it. We discover it. We facilitate it.
Something is restraining your growth. Something is preventing your healing. What is it? We're curious.
From initial consultation to intake and assessment through a customized series of interventions, you will see how we balance being problem-curious and solution-focused. The best solutions demand a deep understanding of the problems, which may be why so many therapists allow if not encourage their clients to linger there...sometimes for years. At Broad Meadow Cooperative, we serve you differently. We believe that a core ethic of therapy is change, or at least an honest and compassionate confrontation of what's getting in the way.
Our team, led and supervised by Brad Eardley, LMFT, started with Mike Izzo, LCSW, who specializes in men's issues and with veterans in particular. Mike also has special training to work with couples. Nick Marciello, a Master's-level clinician, joined us next. Nick specializes in treating adult substance use, addiction, and depression/trauma, and who also has significant experience working with youth (12 and up) and their families. Next up was Lauran DiCarlo, a Master's-level clinician. Lauran specializes in women's issues, particularly high-performing women in the medical field, as well as couples. Brad himself has been licensed since 2011, and his expertise is with couples and adult individuals. Prior to starting Broad Meadow, Brad was a program director of a suite of community-based mental health programs for children and families, so all the treatment provided here at Broad Meadow is supported not only by his degree but also by his 16 years of clinical experience and his 12 years of experience as a supervisor/director.
Broad Meadow Cooperative is a private group practice serving all of Massachusetts with telehealth. We provide individual, couple, and family therapy.
We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and private pay clients. Our private pay rate ranges from $160 to $225 for a standard 53-minute therapy session.
