FAQS

How does payment work at your practice?

We currently do not bill insurance directly for our services. Services are typically billed through our online client portal with credit or debit card payments via the Stripe payment possessing platform. We will also accept service payments via Zelle and Venmo payment processing applications. We are happy to provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance company if you wish. A super-bill has all the necessary information that an insurer needs to reimburse you for services if your plan allows. It does not guarantee payment from your insurance company.
