Changing Lives Therapeutic Service strives to work with each client at their own pace while ensuring that we teach skills that is effective for each unique person. At Changing Lives Therapeutic Service, we are in network with the following insurances in North Carolina (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Amerihealth, United Health Care, Healthy Blue, Carolina Complete Care, Lyra, Wellcare and Optum)
We are also in network with the following insurances in Virginia (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Virginia Premier, Molina (Magellan), Optima, United Health, Optum and Lyra.
If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from 102.27 for individual sessions, 120.00 for couples and family therapy.

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Gender identity & transgender health - Exploring gender identity, including trans, non-binary, and gender variant identities; support throughout the process of transition
LGBTQIA, gender, & sexuality topics - Exploring topics of sexuality, gender, and identity; coping with discrimination and oppression; navigating relationship, family, and cultural challenges
Emotion regulation - Learning how to effectively manage the ups and downs of intense emotions; developing coping skills to use in a variety of settings to calm oneself and to give an appropriate amount of space to emotions
