How does payment work at your practice?

At Changing Lives Therapeutic Service, we are in network with the following insurances in North Carolina (Cigna, Amerihealth, United Health Care, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Healthy Blue, Carolina Complete Care, Lyra, Wellcare, Alliance, Vaya, Springhealth, BHS, Aetna and Optum)

We are also in network with the following insurances in Virginia (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Sentara (Optima and Virginia Premier) Molina (Magellan), Springhealth, BHS, United Health, Optum and Lyra.

If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from 126.43 for individual sessions, 175.00 for couples and family therapy.

Changing Lives Therapeutic Services accepts the following payments: Credit/debit card, Loveland vouchers, Flex cards, Care credit and Afterpay.
