We will use our expertise to introduce your to the appropriate tools and knowledge, then we will guide you through the implementation and eventual assimilation of the new tools and new behaviors.

Natalia Valdez specializes in working with teens, adults, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, school/work performance, relationship struggles, and women's issues. Natalia is fluent in Spanish and English. She comes from a small town and understands what it is like to uproot yourself and rebuild a life. Natalia is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with several years of experience and will soon sit for her licensure test. Natalia's drive, organization, and warm personality are foundational to Curious Paradox Therapy.

Rob Martin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Curious Paradox Therapy. He has been practicing since 2012 and has a deep passion for psychology and helping others to grow. Rob is uses education, humor, and compassion to help you face these challenging parts of ourselves and our lives. Rob specializes in working with people struggling with ADHD, ASD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, PTSD, coming of age, and Men's Issues.

As a practice, we share the goal of helping each person work towards self-acceptance while using evidence-based methods. Each practitioner has their own strengths and specialties that they lean into. Collectively we specialize in Adolescents/Young adults, Anxiety, ADHD, ASD, Bipolar, Coming-of-age, Couples, Depression, Grief, Men's Issues, Psychosis, Relationship troubles, Veterans, and Women's Issues.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Tricare. We also offer a sliding scale for those facing financial difficulties.

We charge $180 for a 60-minute session. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
