Our team offers online counseling in New Mexico at this time, either via a HIPPA-compliant version of Zoom, or via phone, which can be helpful to meet the needs of the 5th largest state. Our services cover a wide-range of therapeutic models, and we treat most diagnoses.
One of the reasons we are so special, is that we have joined as a group to support each other, and to provide the best care in New Mexico. We accept cash as well, and our fees range from $100 an hour for individual clients, to $200 for an hour and a half for couples.
ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure
Alcohol use disorder & addiction - Tolerating emotional discomfort; reducing or eliminating reliance on alcohol; development of new coping mechanisms for stress and suffering.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Life purpose & meaning - Exploring one’s beliefs and values around life purpose, meaning, and spirituality; addressing the barriers to living a life that feels fulfilling, including instigating change or developing new habits
