Welcome! We are so happy you have found us! Our team focuses on holistic and integrative mental health through what we call getting to the heart of healing through practices that focus on body, mind, and heart inspired wellness. With personalized tools and education, we come to better know, understand, and love ourselves, deepening our connection to our hearts, so we can further evolve into the beings we are meant to be! Our Team:

Dalton Alexis- MHC-LP: Focuses on mindfulness, meditation and incorporates his background in biological science and chemistry to explore how the brain and mind are impacted by significant life events. Currently has availiability.

Cristina George- MHC- LP: Focuses on healing trauma and mental and emotional imbalances through Somatic Experiencing, reconnecting us to our sense of safety and our physical body. Currently on waitlist.

Kate Laux: Creative Arts Therapist-LP: Art. Can. Heal. Kate is a trauma informed Creative Arts Therapist specializing in fostering a supportive and freeing space to nurture, explore and discover deeper aspect to self through creative expression. Currently has availibity.

Erin Cutrone, LMHC, Director/Owner/Supervisor: Erin combines positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mind-body awareness with studies in neuroscience and stress physiology. Currently on waitlist.
