Our team focuses on holistic and integrative mental health through what we call getting to the heart of healing through practices that focus on body, mind, and heart inspired wellness. With personalized tools and education, we come to better know, understand, and love ourselves, deepening our connection to self! Our Team:

Mae Dalauta: Addresses the mind, body and spirit in the healing process using mindfulness, somatic awareness and experiential practices to create a safe environment to explore, process and heal.

Tiffany Lemmo- MHC-LP: With a background in exercise science, yoga and nutrition coaching, she bridges the body mind connection leading to whole-istic health and wellness. Her client work experience includes active military personnel, veterans and families of the service, pre and postpartum women, trauma, and disordered eating.

Stephany Item- MHC-LP: Multi lingual Somatic informed therapist, mindfulness specialist and trauma informed yoga therapist focusing on healing trauma and mental/emotional imbalances through reconnecting us to our sense of safety and our physical body.

Belicia Bethel- MHC-LP: Uses a combination of person-centered, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based techniques in a culturally sensitive space where you're met with unconditional positive regard and genuine empathy to begin your journey to wellness.

Erin Cutrone, LMHC, Director/Owner/Supervisor: combines positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mind-body awareness with studies in neuroscience and stress physiology.
