Welcome! We are so happy you have found us! Our team focuses on holistic and integrative mental health through what we call getting to the heart of healing through practices that focus on body, mind, and heart inspired wellness. With personalized tools and education, we come to better know, understand, and love ourselves, deepening our connection to our hearts, so we can further evolve into the beings we are meant to be! Our Team:

Dalton Alexis- MHC-LP: Focuses on men's mental health, mindfulness, meditation and incorporates his background in biological science and chemistry to explore how the brain and mind are impacted by significant life events. Currently has availability.

Belicia Bethel- MHC- LP: Focuses combination of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. I work to facilitate a warm, safe, and culturally sensitive space where you are met with unconditional positive regard and genuine empathy. If you feel ready, please reach out so that we can begin your journey to wellness.

Stephany Item- MHC- LP: Multi lingual Somatic therapist, mindfulness specialist and trauma informed yoga therapist focusing on healing trauma and mental and emotional imbalances through reconnecting us to our sense of safety and our physical body.

Erin Cutrone, LMHC, Director/Owner/Supervisor: Erin combines positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mind-body awareness with studies in neuroscience and stress physiology. Currently on waitlist.

My team will also be offering a variety of group support options including: art therapy, support for highly sensitive persons, a bibliotherapy group, and getting to the heart of healing. Please reach out for more info. We look forward to connecting!

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse

Mind-body connection - Practicing mindfulness to draw together how the body feels physically and how the mind feels mentally; healing both physically and mentally

Life purpose & meaning - Exploring one’s beliefs and values around life purpose, meaning, and spirituality; addressing the barriers to living a life that feels fulfilling, including instigating change or developing new habits
