Global Psychotherapy is a group practice in Bethesda, MD and Washington DC whose providers specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, and acculturation issues. What services does your practice offer?

Global Psychotherapy Center is a multilingual, multicultural group practice based in Bethesda, MD, and Washington, DC in person and virtual sessions.. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, parenting consultations, and workshops.

We offer groups for older adults every month.

What are your practice's specialties?

Global Psychotherapy Center specializes in anxiety, depression, and trauma. We provide treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

We are also particularly interested in working with older adults to address their shared aging experiences, including physical and emotional changes, loss and grief, loneliness, economic worries, and conflictive couple and family relationships. Learning new tools to improve mood and behavior and developing new meaning and a sense of purpose to help enjoy and accept the unique challenges of this next stage of life.

At our therapy practice, we understand that a cancer diagnosis can profoundly impact a person's mental health and the mental health of their loved ones. That's why we specialize in providing compassionate and effective therapy services for patients dealing with cancer and their families. We understand that everyone's experience with cancer is unique, and we tailor our therapy approach to meet your individual needs and preferences.

How does payment work at your practice?

We do not participate with health insurances, however we will provide you with a receipt with a diagnosis and a CPT code. We are Licensed professionals, so most health insurances will reimburse.
