Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
Family therapy - Promoting communication and supporting family members to address challenges and reduce conflict and distress
Children and adolescents - Working with children, teens, and families on common issues of childhood and adolescence; addressing anxiety, family conflict, peer relationships, school stress, transitions, social media pressures, self-esteem, hopelessness, and emotional dysregulation
