Owners Kathryn Boardway, LMFT and Anna Rainville, LMFT are trauma therapists who stive to provide client centered care and are both EMDR trained. We have worked an array of mental health settings ranging from children in foster care system to adults with severe mental health diagnosis. All our therapist provides teletherapy which allows working professionals, overwhelmed parents/students to squeeze in some self-care. Therapy is a form of self-care; it is an active choice for change. We are here to guide you through stressors, grief, relationship issues and more. We welcome all individuals between 16 and 100+ of age.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Codependency - Development of healthy boundaries in relationships; strategies for increasing individual self-esteem and autonomy; coping mechanisms for separation and individuation.
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Panic attacks / panic disorder - Brief, intense periods of overwhelming fear or anxiety
Childhood trauma - Learning how traumatic events in childhood can translate into adulthood; processing through difficult memories with the goal of moving past the experience and lingering symptoms
Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - Recovering from the impact of long-term, repeated traumatic events, such as emotional abuse and neglect
