Therapist's note

Our providers are not in-network with any insurance companies and are considered 'out-of-network providers.' Sometimes, your insurance company will agree to provide reimbursement for all or a portion of the fee as long as you submit claims to them, and often times you have to meet a deductible first.

Although we do not bill insurance companies, our out-of-network providers can provide a detailed invoice (called a superbill) that contains all the information you will need to file an out-of-network claim with your insurance company for reimbursement.
