Our team is dedicated to providing a safe environment to engage in self-exploration through individual therapy, support groups, & coaching sessions.
Our practice specializes in Women's mental health and holistic wellness. We currently support adults through individual and group counseling.
We will conduct an initial session with you to learn about you and your goals- identifying how we can best support you as an individual on your life journey.
At Inner Light Counseling & Wellness, we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Commercial health insurances. We do not accept Medicaid/Medicare at this time. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$200 depending on the provider and service offered.

Self-esteem - Cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect
Women's issues - Therapy tailored to common concerns among women; providing a safe and understanding space to address life challenges, stressors, and questions around identity as a woman
Mind-body connection - Practicing mindfulness to draw together how the body feels physically and how the mind feels mentally; healing both physically and mentally
