We are a boutique private group practice who focus on treating individuals who are struggling with various life stressors. Our practice includes clinicians who help clients with anxiety, low mood, peripartum and postpartum anxiety and depression, relationship issues, work stress, and life transition issues to name a few. Our approach is simple--to help you understand what is not working for you in your current circumstances. We dive deep, get to the root, and customize plans to help you take action towards stepping into your 2.0 self. Our therapists have years of experience in varying areas, and have developed niche skills to help clients process their past so they can see their bright future.
Kofman Wellness offers individual as well as couples sessions. Our practice has a physical office in Woodmere, NY, as well as telehealth options available.
Our clinicians all have extensive training in CBT and a person-focused approach. We match clients to clinicians based on the client's unique needs, and what they are looking for in a therapist. This approach is effective because clients feel more connected to the therapist, and get to work with a therapist who actually has experience with the symptoms experienced by the client.
At Kofman Wellness, most of our providers are in-network with Aetna, UnitedHealthCare, UMR, Cigna, and Oxford. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$250 depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to provide superbills to clients after sessions.
