This means as you're counselor I will treat you with dignity, respect, and with genuine concern for your well-being. Self-awareness is perhaps one of the best tools you can use to avoid imposing your values on clients.
A staggering number of people with mental health conditions report that their needs are not being met. Assessments performed via telehealth lead to benefits outcomes that are comparable to in-person treatment. A growing number of controlled trials are providing more insight into the potential of telepsychiatry to deliver quality care while lowering costs. The greatest reductions in cost are associated with diminished travel time, better coordination of care, and early intervention.

I am a board-certified licensed mental health counselor in New York, practicing in the Queens-based area. I have a Bachelors in psychology, and Masters in Mental Health Counseling both from St.John's University, a CACREP Accredited University. I have a group practice which provides treatment to individuals, couples, and families.
