We provide caring and comprehensive therapeutic support to individuals and couples experiencing a wide variety of obstacles.

What are your practice's specialties?

We have therapists who have extensive experience in providing support for those working through depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, relationship issues and trauma.

Why should I choose your practice?

We provide strengths-based therapeutic support that challenges clients to grow while also making sure that the therapeutic space is safe and nonjudgemental. We recognize that it can be easy to become stuck in unhealthy patterns, and we focus on how to best help each individual find ways creating healthier long-term coping mechanisms.

How does payment work at your practice?

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance as well as all out-of-network insurance. Our private fees range from $100-$200.
