How does payment work at your practice?

At NGMHC, we strive to make mental health care accessible and convenient for all individuals. For those with insurance coverage, we are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Anthem BlueCross/BlueShield, and Optum (United Health Care and Oxford). This means that your sessions may be covered under your insurance plan, subject to your specific policy details. For clients who are not in-network with us, we offer out-of-network services and will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We understand that navigating insurance can be complex, so our administrative team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding payment and insurance coverage. Our goal is to ensure that finances are not a barrier to receiving the mental health support you need, and we are committed to providing access to quality mental health care.
