Accepting New Clients! Offering Clinical supervision for supervisees in Social Work! We offer a safe space with encouragement & support. We will work with you to improve your overall quality of life, help you understand the challenges that may be keeping you from enjoying the life you deserve, & work with you on positive goal setting towards the future.

Our clinicians have a variety of experience working with different age groups and populations, i.e military families, couples, complex families, adolescents, and adults. We have EMDR, DBT, CBT trained clinicians and bilingual clinicians. Our work is grounded in mindfulness, motivational interviewing, person-centered, trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family systems theory.

We are trained to work with clients from all different backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, race, and spiritual beliefs. We’re culturally sensitive and will always put the needs of our clients first.

What services does your practice offer?

Peace of Mind is a diverse virtual practice that offers individual, couples, family, and group counseling.

Why should I choose your practice?

Peace of Mind offers clinicians who are trained in EMDR and Brain spotting for clients wanting to work through the challenges of trauma. Our practice has clinicians and/or family members who have served in the military and whom are culturally sensitive to that population and bilingual clinicians whom are Spanish speaking. We accept majority commercial insurances and Medicaid.

How does payment work at your practice?

Peace of Mind accepts majority of commercial insurances as well as Anthem, United Healthcare, and Sentara Medicaid. If we do not accept your insurance we offer a sliding scale ranging from $30-$100 per session out of pocket. Please contact our office for more details.
