Hello and I welcome you all to PVD Cares Wellness Center. Our provider has over a decade in healthcare and is dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $150-$250 depending on the service offered.
We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company..
