At Real Talk Psychological Wellness, we believe that meaningful therapy begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. Our group practice provides compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families across multiple states. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, or the emotional complexities of pregnancy and parenthood, our goal is to create a supportive space where lasting growth and healing can occur.
Our team consists of carefully selected clinicians who each bring their own areas of expertise while sharing a common commitment to culturally responsive, affirming, and collaborative care. Grounded in psychodynamic principles and integrating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based interventions, we tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
What sets our practice apart is our emphasis on genuine human connection. We value authenticity, curiosity, and creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. As a practice founded by a licensed psychologist with specialized training in perinatal and infant mental health, we are passionate about supporting clients through every stage of life while matching them with the clinician who best fits their goals, personality, and preferences. We believe therapy should not only help you cope—it should empower you to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with your values.

We have particular expertise in perinatal and maternal mental health, supporting individuals through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the transition to parenthood. We also provide culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming care and enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, tailoring treatment to each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
At Real Talk Psychological Wellness, we believe the right therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change. Our practice is intentionally small and thoughtfully curated, allowing us to carefully match each client with a clinician whose expertise, personality, and therapeutic style best fit their needs. Every member of our team is committed to providing warm, culturally responsive, evidence-based care while collaborating closely to ensure clients receive the highest quality support. We strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood, empowered, and equipped with the tools to build lasting, meaningful change.
Real Talk Psychological Wellness is in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and Optum plans. For clients with other insurance providers, we operate as an out-of-network practice and can provide superbills for potential reimbursement, depending on your benefits.
