Our therapists utilize their collective professional experiences and expertise in a variety of evidence-based therapy interventions as well as through our own lived experience as women & parents ourselves, we offer a unique, modern, relatable approach to therapy.
Eileen O'Neil, LCSW PMH-C is the owner of Renew Therapy. She uses her own lived experience as a mother of three, along with her Perinatal Mental Health Certification, to help those struggling with to adjust to life postpartum, a passion of hers is to change the way we support postpartum women! She also works with many young adults, adults and older adults dealing with major life changes- such as transition from college to adulthood, a career change, dating, parenting struggles, grief & loss, phase of life transitions, aging and generalized anxiety.
Jamie Beavers, MSW is a dedicated therapist and mother. Jamie has developed a particular passion for supporting women experiencing postpartum depression, as she has relatable experience in navigating this difficult transition. She is also dedicated to adolescent mental health, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Jamie's approach to therapy is characterized by creating a therapeutic environment that is open-minded, empathetic, and compassionate. She aims to provide non-judgmental and solution-focused interventions, while also recognizing and utilizing a strengths-based approach.
Lorena Perez, LPC is also a mom and therapist who thrives on helping adults manage the stresses of daily life or life as a busy parent. She utilizes a client-centered approach to meet you where you are on your mental health journey. Whether you are a young adult entering the workforce, or a busy parent navigating daily life- Lorena is compassionate, relatable and gently challenges her clients to find real life solutions!
We offer a mix of in-person and virtual therapy sessions for Illinois residents. We offer therapy to individuals with a variety of needs.
Are you a new mom? Bring your baby! I strongly believe lack of childcare should NOT be a reason to not get the help you deserve!

As busy and dedicated mothers, Jamie and Lorena meet with clients virtually from a remote location.
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum/United Healthcare & Medicare health insurances. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $125-$150 depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to provide documentation for you to submit claims on your own behalf, if we are not in-network with your specific insurance company.
We are passionate about strengthening families, helping new moms find joy in motherhood, and supporting parents & children. We also connect well with teens, young adults and adults who are going through a life transition; new job, new baby, break-up, dating, etc.
We value helping people find hope, make connections between the past and the present as well as learn about themselves. We truly enjoy listening to others and providing the empathy we all deserve. It is important to us that people to have access to therapists who are authentic & who understand a more modern take on therapy.
