We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare. What are your practice's specialties?

Eileen is passionate about strengthening families, helping create healthy relationships and helping parents navigate the complexities of parenting. She is very excited to bring EMDR into her work as a therapist and provide this evidence-based therapy to help those who have a history of trauma.

Why should I choose your practice?

I value helping people find hope, make connections between the past and the present as well as learn about themselves. I truly enjoy listening to others and providing everyone with the empathy we all deserve. It is important to me that people to have access to therapists who are authentic & who understand a more modern take on therapy. I am a human too!

Staying up to date and current on new therapy modalities, trainings and changes to our field is important to me and I feel I can provide the best approach or mix of approaches tailored to your unique needs! It is not a one size fits all and I'll work WITH you to help make the changes you desire!
