Welcome to Solid Ground Providence our team of 4 clinicians comes together with diverse training and experience to help people find healing, growth, and self-discovery. We share the same core values of authenticity, learning, and compassion and try our best to bring that to our therapeutic work with clients. We offer individual, couples, family, and services to individuals 16 years and older. We are passionate about helping clients utilize the safe space of therapy to strengthen their mental health, relationship to self, and quality of life. We work as a team with clients in strategizing what may need to be shifted. We understand that with support and safety all clients can tap into what they need.
At Solid Ground Providence each clinician has their own approach to assisting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma or other life stressors. Clinicians , incorporate techniques from various modalities such as: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. We often take a holistic approach to the work to help clients better manage difficult feelings or situations.
Each of our clinicians also have their own individual specialties such as grief, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, life changes or life stressors. Their wide range of training and expertise can help you address a variety of concerns in therapy. Sessions will always be personally tailored to what you need so that the work feels authentic, productive, and meaningful.
Our practice accepts most major health insurance. We also offer a sliding scale fee. Fee's are based on clinicians experience and expertise

Loss, grief, and bereavement - Emotionally preparing for the anticipated passing of a loved one; managing feelings and reactions to a death or loss of significance; support during the process of healing and acceptance
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - Healing painful experiences and memories from the past
