Still Waters Counseling has a mission to provide an emotionally safe, non-judgmental atmosphere for clients to rest and work through their current life struggles. The primary aspect of a positive therapeutic outcome is based on clients feeling emotionally safe first and foremost.

Stacy Miller, MA LPCC specializes in helping adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, perinatal loss, perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and grief.

Katie Audia is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She is an EMDRIA certified therapist for EMDR therapy. Her passions and specializations are working with adults with trauma and stress-related disorders, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. She offers a holistic approach to therapy and focuses on getting to the root/foundation of issues. Katie’s treatment approaches include EMDR therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, IFS-informed therapies, and trauma-informed CBT. Katie loves to incorporate yogic concepts into therapy per clients request. Katie is also proud to be an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Briana Peck has been a practicing therapist since 2017 and is trained in EMDR. Her specializations are helping adults who struggle with trauma and stress-related disorders, grief, depression, anxiety, addiction, and personality disorders.

Lauren Bernard has worked with a variety of mental health disorders, but is most passionate about working with adults with PTSD/trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and life transitions. She is a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and is passionate about creating a safe, comfortable space to explore the root cause of an issue and come together to set and achieve goals.

Monica Kettler is passionate about supporting adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief. Using a person-centered approach, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, she focuses on creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
