Practice Information

Welcome! We are a group of Psychotherapists who provide treatment for an extensive range of mental and emotional disorders using psychological techniques aimed to improve a person’s overall psyche. We have been practicing in the South Bay Area for almost 20 years!

We have a variety of therapists who specialize in a broad range of modalities and disorders. Our staff contains Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, as well as Pre-Licensed Associates. Whatever your issue we have someone who can help.

Trust is at the heart of any therapeutic relationship. Our top priority is to create a warm, non-judgemental, positive, and emotionally safe space for mutual trust to build, and our therapeutic relationships to grow.

While each provider's approach is different and encompasses his or her own background, specialties, and personality, we are united as a practice when it comes to our dedication to helping our clients build happier futures for themselves and their families. We are passionate about our work, and stay on top of current research and improvements in our field.

FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

There are many life situations or conditions that create emotional and psychological distress. This distress may come from external sources (i.e. family, friends, coworkers) or from individual issues within each of us (i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma, phobias). There will always be a certain amount of stress generated within individuals when dealing with a particular life situation, however, when it becomes unbearable or begins to impact your daily functioning, it is time to seek help from a qualified Therapist.

Why should I choose your practice?

Everyone experiences their own set of challenges in life. Our job as Therapists is to help you learn to effectively identify and communicate with yourself and others to help reduce distress and disability and improve your overall well-being.

Therapy may include individuals, couples, families, or groups.

How does payment work at your practice?

We accept credit cards, HSA cards, Flex Spending accounts, checks, or cash. We are considered “out of network” for most insurance plans, but our staff is happy to assist you in understanding your “out of network” benefits and helping you obtain reimbursement from your insurance company.

We have Therapists who are in network with a select few insurance companies. Please note however, when going through insurance, the insurance company has the right to request access to notes and records about your treatment. Some clients choose not to use insurance for this reason.

In addition, most insurance plans will only cover services if you have specific diagnoses. Please feel free to call or email for more information about what utilizing insurance looks like.
