At The Couples Enrichment Center we use The Gottman Method which is the most empirically validated couples therapy used today. The Gottman's studied thousands of couples for over 40 years though structured observation and even biological testing to develop their theory of couples therapy. They found that couples who stayed together all shared similar traits and behaviors; while couples who separated also shared similar traits and behaviors. Thanks to all of the couples who came before, we now have specific interventions that can help couples build a long lasting relationship and stay together.
In addition to formal couples therapy training all of our therapists have additional specialties in family therapy, attachment and trauma. This means that we have the tools to help you build a solid relationship foundation and the skills to address the deeper issues that each individual brings to the relationship.

At the Couples Enrichment Center our fees range from $175-$275 depending on the length of service being offered. We provide superbills on the first of every month for you to submit to your insurance company.

Couples therapy is our passion. We have extensive post-graduate education in The Gottman Method, Family Therapy, Trauma and Attachment. This means that we have every tool of modern therapy available to help you. Most clients are afraid to come to couples therapy because they don't want to be judged. At The Couples Enrichment Center the couple is our client, not the individuals. We will do a through assessment of the relationship's strengths and struggles then create a treatment plan to address the issues that you want to address together so that the couples is successful for the long term.
