As a group, we offer family and couples therapy as well as individual therapy for children as young as 5 to adults. Each clinician has individual characteristics and a variety of specialized populations in an effort to be able to provide a positive therapy experience for all. Our head therapist works to match you with the clinician who lines up best for your needs. Each therapist in the practice provides a safe space to explore your struggles and is compassionate, supportive, and challenging when needed. We use a variety of modalities in our practice including but not limited to CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Our therapists are flexible and work to first identify which technique and modality would work best for each individual person based on personality.
During the pandemic, we worked to streamline our services in an effort to make things easier during a very difficult time. We have continued to offer virtual sessions as a result of the positive feedback. We also just finished renovations in our office space creating a warm, inviting environment. We would love to help guide you down the road worth traveling and look forward to working together if you chose to.
