About

What are your practice's specialties?

We believe in a therapy environment where our clients help guide their treatment. The group’s use of different modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, allows for a tailored and holistic approach to treatment that addresses the unique needs and goals of each client.

How does payment work at your practice?

We do take insurance. Please inquire with us to see if your insurance is a part of our provider network. If you have an out-of-network provider, our fees range from $175-$250, depending on the service provided.
