Professional statement

I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from New York University. I completed my residency at the Northern California VA Medical Center, where my clinical experience included dual-diagnosis and trauma-focused care.

I strongly believe in a holistic approach to my client's mental health through a combination of medication management, person-centered Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. I am interested in the intersection of the creative arts and mental health and have experience working with young adults and the LGBTQIA community.
