Message to clients

During our initial session, my primary goal is to foster a welcoming and professional environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. We will take the time to discuss your current concerns, mental health history, and treatment objectives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs.

Additionally, I will inquire about your physical health, medications, lifestyle, and any previous experiences with therapy or psychiatric care to create a holistic assessment. This session is not focused on an immediate diagnosis but rather on establishing trust, gaining insight into your challenges, and beginning to formulate an appropriate treatment plan.

Regardless of whether you are feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or prepared for change, I am here to listen, support, and guide you throughout this process.
