Message to clients

Suffering from a loss, trauma, or life transition is an incredibly lonely and isolating experience, especially when it can be so difficult talking to family or friends about certain sensitive topics. Whether it is the fear of being judged or misunderstood, or you just don't want to burden others with your pain, the end result is often a sense of disconnection and loneliness.

Therapy is a safe space where you can take off that mask and be yourself, without fear of judgment or rejection. Together, with your therapist, you can work through pain points, develop coping strategies, and find a path forward that feels right.

For those who prefer a more structured approach, think of it like hitting the gym with a personal trainer. I offer techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), isolating specific mental 'muscle groups' for targeted healing and growth.

On the flip side, for those drawn to a spontaneous, free-flowing dialogue, we can delve into the Socratic method and traditional talk therapy. This encourages exploration and lets insights naturally surface, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.

Therapeutic approaches can be tailored to fit your unique preferences. Allow your journey towards healing and self-discovery to be uniquely yours.
