Message to clients

Investing in your mental health is a big, important decision that carries emotional weight. I want to support you in making the best choice for you. I value, at my core, the therapeutic relationship I form with individuals.

In our first appointment, we will discuss your current concerns and your life story. I'll spend the time getting to know you, and to better understand your experiences. At the end of the appointment, I'll work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan, and we will collaborate on next steps for your care, which may include psychotherapy, medications, lifestyle modifications, etc.

In my office and virtually, I nurture a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space for you to share your story. I provide culturally informed care, with a collaborative and authentic approach. I consider it a privilege to be a part of your journey.
