Message to clients

I believe mental health is a human right and is essential to having good quality health. You deserve to have the opportunity to have the life that you were created for, and I want to be part of your journey to have optimal mental health.

So many people are struggling, so the people you may have reached out to in the past for support may not have the capacity to fill that gap for you. I am here to create a non-judgmental safe space just for you so that you can be at your best.

Since I am trained as not only a Psychiatrist but also a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, I have a deep understanding of the full life cycle and how your childhood impacts your life now. I also am invested in developing custom treatment plans that include multiple interventions, including therapy and lifestyle interventions, to get you to your goals. I can prescribe medication, but in “minimal medication for maximum effect.” I’m not a fan of giving medication just because or giving people more medication than they need.

I would be honored to have the opportunity to be part of your mental health journey.
