Professional statement

I’m here to support people on their mental health journey with care that’s compassionate, evidence-based, and practical. I focus on sharing useful tools, personalized guidance, and steady support—so each person can build confidence, resilience, and a real sense of well-being.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people—what they carry, what they’ve survived, and what helps them heal. Mental health felt like the space where compassion and science could truly change lives.

Message to clients

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to helping people navigate life’s emotional challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical support. My work is grounded in the belief that mental health care should feel approachable, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I specialize in treating thought disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and I have a particular interest in medication management and strengths-based recovery goals as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to take steps—big or small—toward better mental health, even if they don’t have everything figured out yet. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about what support could look like, I meet you where you are. I take a warm, conversational approach to care and integrate evidence-based strategies with practical tools, lifestyle support, and medication when appropriate. I value education and shared decision-making, and I believe care works best when it’s built on trust and consistency.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing, a post master's specialization in Psychiatry, and have experience working with individuals across the lifespan in inpatient, outpatient, and community based settings. I’m continually learning and refining my approach to stay aligned with the best of what mental health care can offer. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported as you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
