My journey led me to pursue extensive education and training, ultimately pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I have dedicated 15+ years to practicing and honing my expertise in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adolescent therapy. In addition to my clinical work, I have experience in technology and entrepreneurship. These diverse experiences have broadened my perspective and enriched my approach to therapy, allowing me to integrate innovative strategies into my practice.
