Message to clients

Therapy is a wonderful journey when you want to learn and grow through what you believe is holding you back. As your therapist I will be here to help you navigate through this journey. Together, we will create a safe space for you to be unapologetically your authentic self and inspire change through self-awareness and self-exploration. I rely on strength-based methods to help you feel empowered as you grow in therapy.

I want you to feel seen, understood, and learn how to find and express your true self. As I work with you, I want to help you share your strength with those around you–creating a ripple effect of positive energy. I know what it’s like to live as a person of color and feel like we have to work harder than others just to break even. I want to help you find the power within to break through these barriers.
