Alexandra Pappas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Soquel, CA. Alexandra works with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults. She provides individual, couples, and family sessions, supporting clients to overcome past traumas and adverse experiences. Many of Alexandra’s clients find that their attachment styles interrupt their ability to start and maintain healthy relationships. Alexandra earned a Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Western Seminary. She previously worked in the foster care and adoption systems, where she supported families as they worked towards healing, loving connection, and healthy relationship patterns.
