Message to clients

Accepting New Clients! Some people come to therapy during moments of crisis. Others arrive after years of quietly carrying burdens that no one else sees. They may be navigating burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, questions surrounding identity, or the pressure of constantly meeting expectations. I am particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, members of BIPOC communities, and those exploring sexual identity, sexual health, and relationship concerns. They often describe feeling disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or the direction they want their lives to take.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in person-centered therapy. I draw from CBT, DBT, and IBCT, while incorporating mindfulness and perspectives influenced by Eastern teachings. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change that aligns with your values and goals.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you have spent a long time carrying things on your own. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. My goal is to provide a space where you can show up authentically, feel understood, and take meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want to build.
