Professional statement

Do you feel conflicted between parts of yourself? Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed by something in your life? Are you frightened by something that others seem to do easily? I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, phobias, eating disorders, and trauma.

I am a empathic eclectic practitioner. As a former massage therapist, I strongly believe in the connection between mind and body, between physical and psychological experiences.I am an open-minded, engaging therapist. I create a warm safe environment to help my patients learn to embrace all facets of themselves.

I conduct therapy through a trauma focused lens. My approach, although varied for the individual, favors teaching skills to regulate difficult emotions while embracing day to day stories about ones present and past experience. I also interweave various psychotherapy modalities that bring awareness and balance to mind and body.
