Message to clients

Previously, I was an HR business partner and project manager for 20 years. During this time, I felt a strong desire to leave the corporate environment to focus on helping others and giving back to those in need. Watching employees in need and knowing I was not able to appropriately help them led me back to school to complete my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. Since graduating, I have taken additional training on working with relationships, trauma, grief, and anxiety. My compassionate approach in a judgment-free environment makes me an excellent choice when selecting a therapist.

I enjoy helping clients age 17+ through seasoned adults navigate through life's journey.
