Message to clients

Each of us needs an ear to listen to them once in a while. Therapy is a great space for that. I hope to create a space that feels inviting and safe for each of my clients. Giving that listening ear and walking alongside them on whatever journey brings them to my office. For some, this is dealing with current events and for others, this is healing from trauma. No matter what, I am here for you.

In my practice, I use a variety of theories to help my clients. My number one goal is to be client-centered and use the theories I have learned to make a personalized treatment plan for each client. I work with clients who have mental health concerns and clients who have a history of substance use.

In my office, I offer mental health treatment, outpatient substance use treatment, chemical dependency evaluations and co-occurring evaluations.
