Professional statement

Welcoming in creatives, artists, and healers! Currently accepting new clients. Has your creative drive disappeared behind a booming inner critic that’s never satisfied? Ever wondered why you’ve been in therapy for years, but the old problems persist? I specialize in helping creatives like you, with histories of relational or sexual trauma, heal from the inside out; building internal spaces of worthiness that aren’t dependent on external validation to feel whole.

I use music, somatic work, and depth psychology to partner with you, going beyond words into the layers of your emotional world. Trauma lives in the body, but so does music. Together, we’ll use the music you love to explore and gently move through the memories, beliefs, and responses keeping you stuck, so you can build a home within.

This work is often spiritual, guided by your imagination, embodied awareness, and inner wisdom. We ask: what was wrong with what happened to you? Not, what is wrong with you. My warm, compassionate approach supports reconnection with your authentic self. Please visit my website to book your first appointment or email me with any questions.

Message to clients

I want you to know that your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do together. My genuine care for you as a person drives my commitment to supporting your growth and helping you thrive in whatever ways are most meaningful to you. This isn't just a professional obligation—it's a fundamental part of who I am as a therapist.

Therapy is not something I do to you, but something we create together. You are the expert on your own life, and I bring my training and perspective to support your process. This collaborative relationship means that your insights, experiences, and goals shape our work just as much as my clinical knowledge does.

I understand that trust cannot be demanded or rushed—it develops naturally through consistent, authentic interactions. Some sessions you may feel ready to dive deep, while others you might need to move more slowly. This is completely normal and expected. I'm here to meet you wherever you are, honoring your pace and respecting your boundaries as we build a therapeutic relationship that feels safe and supportive to you. I'm here to support you not just in addressing what brings you to therapy, but in discovering and nurturing the resilience, wisdom, and strength that already exist within you.

Your healing matters, your story matters, and you matter. I look forward to witnessing and supporting your growth in the weeks and months ahead.
