Alison works with adults in all of life’s transitions. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC). Alison’s training includes a strong emphasis on family systems, and Art Therapy. She holds a strong belief that keys to unlocking important parts of therapy are truly individual to the person, since everyone’s experiences are unique to themselves.
