Professional statement

Alle Santiago is a licensed independent clinical social worker and therapist, who specializes in complex trauma and neurodiversity, particularly late-diagnosed ADHD, ASD, and dissociative disorders.

If you have struggled to make headway with traditional talk therapy, Alle's practice might be a fit for you, as she primarily uses modalities related to somatic and parts work, such as Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Polyvagal Theory. Alle sees any struggle as a form of communication, any stuckness as important information about what your body and brain have endured and need to heal.

Alle's practice is only accepting telehealth clients at this time, so folks who prefer to meet in person may find another therapist is a better fit. Sessions are $200 for 90 minutes, though sliding scale options are available and end times can vary, depending on your unique preferences and needs.

Message to clients

I genuinely believe that healing is possible. I have seen the transformative power of connecting to our bodies and building a relationship with ourselves. Trauma work is not about returning to the past, but about being in the present, and holding space and building trust with the parts of us that most struggle to do so.

I am consistently amazed by how each person I work with has a unique and complex system with its own set of values and experiences and survival strategies. I see therapy as a collaborative process - I come with what I have learned and practiced over time, and you come with your own unique system and the self-knowledge that you have been building and carrying, day after day, year after year. If you are interested in meeting me and joining forces, with the shared goal being your healing journey, know that I am interested too.
