If you have struggled to make headway with traditional talk therapy, Alle's practice might be a fit for you, as she primarily uses modalities related to somatic and parts work, such as Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Polyvagal Theory. Alle sees any struggle as a form of communication, any stuckness as important information about what your body and brain have endured and need to heal.

Alle's practice is only accepting telehealth clients at this time, so folks who prefer to meet in person may find another therapist is a better fit. Sessions are $200 for 90 minutes, though sliding scale options are available and end times can vary, depending on your unique preferences and needs.
