Aly Lynch developed her online privacy practice in January of 2018 with the goal of providing convenient, low barrier therapy services. She provides psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, and seniors struggling with a variety of challenges. Aly specializes in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions or big adjustments, and personality disorders.
Aly aims to develop an individualized treatment approach for each client, and utilizes interventions informed by CBT, DBT, MBSR, and others. Sessions with Aly will focus on problems and goals identified by clients, and often include specific take home tasks to encourage change and integrate concepts into daily living.
Aly has been providing quality care in a variety of settings for over 10 years. She has worked in inpatient psychiatric units, inpatient detox units, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and individual outpatient therapy programs. Her vast experience with mental health and substance abuse at many different levels of care gives her unique experience and deep understanding of treatment options.
