As the owner of Calliope Counseling, Andrea's career highlights include working with teens and adults of varying ages. Over the years, she has provided counseling, led groups, and facilitated alternative learning programs. Her expertise extends to adults and parents, helping them navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, and fostering meaningful personal growth goals.

Andrea empathizes and understands the many complexities of parenthood. To address this need, she offers specialized support through the SPACE (Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions) program from Yale University, designed for parents to help their children and adolescents grapple with anxiety, OCD, and other related issues.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
