Message to clients

Houston is fortunate to have many wonderful psychologists and mental health providers. Establishing a therapeutic relationship that is a good fit is important, as the work of therapy can be challenging and sometimes painful (in addition to being meaningful and fulfilling!).

My approach is person-centered, non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative. I understand that the work of behavior change is challenging! Some begin therapy with a good idea of the changes they want to make and high motivation to make them. For others, having time and space to explore patterns and develop insight about what isn't working is a critical precursor to change work. Wherever you are on the journey to healing....to recovery.....to self-understanding....to establishing a more meaningful life, I would be honored to join you.
